These terms explain how Chopnow works as a food delivery platform for customers, vendors, riders, and related users of the service.
Chopnow is a multi-role food delivery platform that allows customers to place orders from participating vendors in enabled locations, allows vendors to manage menu and order fulfillment, and allows riders to support delivery operations. Platform features, ordering rules, payment methods, support tools, and delivery flow may change over time as operations are updated.
Customer orders are placed through the Chopnow checkout flow and are subject to vendor availability, enabled locations, delivery rules, and displayed charges at checkout.
Orders may move through platform stages such as paid, accepted, pickup, transit, and completed depending on the operational flow in use. Chopnow may display a delivery confirmation code or related completion tool to support the final handoff process. A completed delivery may rely on recorded order status history and participant actions inside the platform.
Chopnow may support wallet payments, card payments, or other enabled payment methods. Where a customer wallet is available, wallet balances and wallet-funded orders are governed by the platform logic shown in the application. Refund outcomes are handled according to the refund policy and may depend on order status, cancellation reason, delivery issue, or platform review.
