This policy explains the onboarding, delivery, earnings, safety, and conduct standards riders must follow while working on Chopnow.
Every rider must complete the Chopnow application and approval process before rider access is granted. Riders must provide accurate identity, contact, and delivery setup information, including any requested document or vehicle details. Chopnow may require additional review where needed for safety, fraud prevention, or compliance.
Riders should keep their availability status honest and should only remain available when genuinely ready to take and complete deliveries in their enabled service area.
Riders must collect the correct order, protect it in transit, and complete the final handoff honestly using the proper in-app flow. Pickup, arrival, and completion stages must reflect the real delivery journey.
Rider earnings are tied to delivery activity and the payout rules active on Chopnow. Where a delivery is disputed, reversed, or reassigned, Chopnow may adjust balances, earnings, or withdrawal eligibility to reflect the actual delivery record. Transfer charges for withdrawals are deducted automatically before the withdrawal is sent to the rider's provided account.
Customer addresses, phone numbers, and order details are provided only for legitimate delivery purposes. Riders must not misuse customer data, share it improperly, or use it for harassment, spam, or off-platform solicitation. Platform support tools, ID tools, and delivery workflow features must be used only for genuine operational needs.
Chopnow may investigate rider conduct and may issue warnings, restrict access, suspend the account, freeze withdrawals, or permanently remove rider access where fraud, safety issues, repeated non-performance, or policy violations are identified. Continued use of the rider account means the rider agrees to future policy updates made to support platform operations.
